They are
suggestions, take what fits you. Some of them have much impact and ask
a big step, other are simple. All of them will contribute to your self
awareness
A positive attitude about life and look
forward to
life in a positive way;
Take distance
from your past (and the deforming of
yourself) and from a possibly irksome, negative or unsafe environment;
Finish
things. Education-if possible. Make yourself
clear about relationships with friends, family, acquaintances. This
can mean too that you breath new life into a relationship or want to
finish it;
Go for
challenges, especially cases that you are
not sure of being able to cope;
Stop
(eventually) with your negative relationship
or your boring job or in any case do something about those things;

of the

people with a positive attitude who stimulate you in stead of lowering

as well physical as mental - stimulate and activate their possibilities;
Dare
to give
and receive criticism - about
behavior, not about the person self;
Gain
life
experience and learn your own wisdom;
determine what is really important to you and what not;
Want
to
excel especially in one area or subject;
Change
your
lifestyle drastically, if it does not
satisfy you. For instance from a materialistic to a more spiritual way
of living;
Take the
advices from others no longer for granted,
specially because these advices most of the time are subjective; depart
from your own to determine your new way and do not depart to much from
your experiences from the past;
Agree
with
yourself in a positive way on a daily
base.
You
will
understand: with only reading you will not
proceed, you have to do it. Start with the ones that are easy to do,
than go a level higher, dare to do a more difficult tip, and so on.
